United Kingdom Delivery:
For orders within the UK totaling £50.00 or more, we offer free Ground Shipping.
For orders under £50.00, we provide standard delivery at a rate of £7.00.

Europe Delivery:

For orders under £250.00, we provide standard delivery at a rate of £24.00.
USA Delivery:

Rest of the World Orders:
We offer Standard Shipping for orders to the rest of the world at a flat rate of £49.00. The estimated delivery time for these orders is 5-10 working days.
Dispatch and Tracking:
All goods will be dispatched via national or international couriers. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package's journey until it arrives at your doorstep.
Customs and Import Duties:
Please be aware that any customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages, etc., applicable to your order are the customer's responsibility. These fees are not included in the shipping charges and are charged by your local mail authority. Prior to placing your order, we advise familiarizing yourself with your country's import rules and regulations. We are unable to designate orders as "Gifts" or take any other actions to alter the customs declaration.
Refusal of Customs Payment:
In the event that you choose to refuse the customs fee associated with your order, and the parcel is subsequently returned to Balling Hockey, please be aware that a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@ballinghockey.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, please place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
